one of the deadliest attack on the Indian soil. Terrorist attack on many places at the same time shows the enormity of planning and coordination among them.there must be same type of response so that the country can deal with these types of grave situatin.there must be some steps taht shaold be taken :
1. make a fedral investigation agency so that intelligence gathering and corrdination amomg different response and this agency should be made after comparative studies of CIA,MOSAD,FBI ,MI and russian agencies and ISI .That will ensure the quick reaction to foil the terorist plans

2. There must be commondo units in every district of the country on the pattern of the NSG.It will improve the morale of the police forces.NSG shoulsd only be used in the the case of terrorist attack
3.Police forces of all states shoulsd be mordenised immidiately with traing in different parts of the country and also in some international insttutions
4.National integration council should be made very effective in promoting the brotherhood among the citizen.It will reduce the aliniation among the unemployed youth.
5.There must be some steps to be taken withinn political parties to garner vote on the basis of L&O situation and development rather than on religion and caste.
6.Every citizen must be vigilant and report immidiately to the police authorities.There should be P-P relation commitee that will improve the confidance of the masses among people.

And the policies must be fexible enough that suits with the changing needs of the time
